In the early 1950s, when WarmAire Conditioning first opened its doors, our founder, John A. Jakimas set out with a vision – to serve warmth and comfort to homes and businesses in NJ, with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The tech, Will, arrived on time and was kind enough to include me through the troubleshooting process. I had worked hard to figure out why our A/C unit had stopped working and was able to share my findings. Will discovered the problem and replaced a condensation collector pump within 2 hours. That included Will driving to a nearby location to pick up a part he didn't have in his truck from another technician. I really appreciated his willingness to explain and run to go get the part. Will was professional, considerate, and a good communicator. The charges seemed reasonable. I'll most certainly call these folks the next time I have HVAC concerns.
